When someone comes to me for energy healing, and they mention depression, I usually find that they are experiencing a block in expression.

So that could be a lack of expression of creativity. So if someone is meant to be a strong creative person and they’re not doing that, they will grow, in my opinion, a depression.

They might be depressed because it’s a build up of expression of sexuality. So they might have had a sexual trauma, or they might have religious beliefs and blocks that make them think sexuality is bad.

Another reason for depression could be a spirit attachment, could be a family member that you’ve hoovered up when you were younger. And they might have had a low time towards the end. Maybe the end was sooner than it should have been. And if it wasn’t a family member, it could been a spirit that you’ve picked up just somewhere that you’ve been walking.

So depression, in my opinion, can be a block of expression from sexuality or creativity, or it can be a spirit attachment.
